Frockery for the big freeze
Winter has officially arrived and, with it, plummeting temperatures, snow and ice. The frockmobile is currently sporting a white winter coat and will no doubt be a reluctant starter after sitting idly on the drive for several days. The frockers’ garage should really have been emptied of junk during the better weather (not that we ever had any better weather) to allow it to fulfil its proper purpose, but we didn’t get round it it (again!)
Anyway, warmer togs are now a wardrobe necessity as we don’t predict a move in the mercury any time soon, so we have been selecting some stylish stock from the catalogue that we think might help banish the winter blues.
This vintage curly sheepskin jacket in natural cream is one we are loath to part with as we absolutely love it, but our personal outerwear collection is already bursting at the seams and we are operating a strictly one in, one out policy.
We are big fans of Norwegian knits and we have a few pieces in the catalogue which will cheer up any winter day.
The camel coat is a true classic which never goes out of fashion. This one, by Long Tall Sally, was sadly too big for K Frocker, who really really wanted it!
We have other camel classics, including this vintage double breasted coat by Sixth Sense. More cosy camel >>>
Mohair is another of our favourite fabrics and traditional stoles and scarves are always popular. More mohair >>>
The luxury of pure cashmere will see you through the winter months in several shades of sumptuousness! More cashmere >>>

And last but not least, you’ll be sure to get noticed in these colourful stripy leg warmers and matching gloves.
