Joanna Frances shirtwaist dress, probably dating from the 80s, in a striking teal/multi flowers and foliage Liberty cotton print. The dress features a rever collar with four button front placket and additional button/loop under the collar. It has long sleeves with buttoned cuffs and belt loops but is missing its original belt which could easily be replaced with a skinny or bold statement alternative. NOTE: The belt pictured is for illustration only and not included

Sizing
Customers are asked to bear in mind that vintage garment sizes bear little or no resemblance to contemporary sizes. Furthermore, current high street size labels are inconsistent, with M&S and Wallis being noted for their generous proportions while others come up on the small side.
Please always refer to the measurements provided in the item description rather than the garment label size, and note that any ‘best fit’ suggestion we make will be based on modern day sizing. By way of example, our own suggested standard size 12 dress has an underarm to underarm measurement of approximately 19" with a waist size of 30".
